Overhead crane practical training course

All our Overhead Crane Training courses are carried out on customer premises. This gives every trainee the opportunity to acquire a full understanding and appreciation for the exact piece of equipment they will be using during their normal working day. The loads they will be moving will also be familiar to them. All our Overhead Crane Training courses contain a theory section and practical element. The theory part will incorporate a PowerPoint presentation and relevant video. During the practical element the trainee will be required to sling various loads using various lifting accessories and maneuver the load safely. If the trainee passes a practical and theory test only then will they be considered competent.

Types of Crane and lifting accessories

Our Crane Operator Training & Slinging courses cover a range of lifting equipment, some of the equipment we train on is as follows, overhead cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes, mobile cranes, lorry mounted cranes and iron fairies.
