The Company

PD Training is a fast growing, online training organisation based in Wokingham, Berkshire.

We create relevant, engaging and up to date e-learning courses for businesses and individual learners.  Our size and agility enable us to be highly responsive to our customer’s needs, which is reflected in our high satisfaction scores.

The Role

  • Identifying and proactively following up new business opportunities
  • Meeting with customers to understand their training needs
  • Creating proposals and quotes
  • Closing sales and meeting agreed goals
  • Working with the in-house team to create the best solutions for our customers
  • Using Salesforce to capture and manage contacts

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is proactive, customer focused and driven to provide the best training solutions for our customers.  A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for finding and closing new sales.

Experience required

A proven track record of new business sales in a digital business is an advantage, but not essential.  What matters is your ability to demonstrate your talent for understanding our products, finding new business leads and getting in front of customers to understand their needs.
