One license is equal to one user being given access to one course

Alternatively, you can purchase additional licenses through the checkout and choose the ‘Pay by invoice’ option.
All of our courses are certified by CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
Additionally, all of our Food Safety & hygiene courses & HACCP courses are endorsed by the institute of hospitality. (IoH)
Our business is a member of the British Safety Council and RoSPA.
Our online courses are compatible with all electronic devices, including smartphones. For optimised use, however, we recommend that courses are completed on laptop, desktop or tablet. You will require internet access to complete your course
No, the courses are not timed. They can be paused and resumed at any time.
Delegates must have all questions correct to pass, however, they have unlimited attempts to pass the final assessment. The quiz is not timed so it can be returned to at any point.
Upon completion of the final assessment, delegates will have immediate access to thier certificate.
Once a course has been successfully completed, navigate to ‘My courses’ where their certificates are listed.
Certificates are valid for three years from the date of completion; we recommend that you refresh your knowledge at least every three years.
Yes, you can. Our courses can be accessed on any device that can access the internet.
