This slips, trips and falls training course is designed to raise awareness on the dangers associated with slips, trips and falls in the workplace, by identifying the related hazards and covering the steps necessary for you to conduct your work activities in a safer manner.

Course Duration: Approx 65 minutes

Slips, trips and falls constitute the main cause of work-related injuries recorded in the UK. On average they cause over a third of all major injuries and can lead to other types of accidents, such as falls from height.

Slips and trips also account for half of all reported injuries to members of the public in workplaces that have public access, for example hospitals, shops and restaurants.

This CPD certified online training course is designed to raise awareness on the dangers associated with slips, trips and falls in the workplace, by identifying the related hazards and covering the steps necessary for you to conduct your work activities in a safer manner.

The course is broken down into six modules, with a focus on relevant legislations including the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (HSWA), hazards and risks factors and how to manage them, risk assessments and safety management systems.

You will have unlimited attempts to retake the assessment and achieve a 100% pass rate, at no extra cost. Answers are marked automatically, so you will instantly know if you have passed, or whether you have to re-take the test before you can access your certificate.
