This Preventing Bullying and Harassment at Work training course explains the difference between bullying and harassment at work, identifies the relevant legislation that protects employees from harassment and explains the laws that put statutory duties on employers for tackling bullying in the workplace.

Mishandled or unresolved cases can also lead to hefty penalties, negative publicity for the company and costly high staff-turnover.
