Yes, you can access a short demo version that will include an extract of the course. Please navigate to the course desired and click on the ‘Demo this course’ button at the top of the page.
Our online courses are compatible with all electronic devices, including smartphones. For optimised use, however, we recommend that courses are completed on laptop, desktop or tablet. You will require internet access to complete your course
No, the courses are not timed. You can pause and resume them at your own convenience.
You have unlimited attempts to pass your final assessment. The quiz is not timed so you can return to it at any point. You must, however, achieve 100% pass rate to access your certificate.
You will be able to access your certificate immediately after successfully completing your final assessment.
Once you have successfully completed the course and final assessment, navigate to ‘My courses’ where you will find a list of your certificates at the bottom of the page.
You can log into your account at any time to download your certificate. It can be found in your courses page at the bottom of the page under ‘My Certificates.’
Certificates are valid for three years from the date of completion; we recommend that you refresh your knowledge at least every three years.
Yes, you can. Our courses can be accessed on any device that can access the internet.
You can navigate through our top menu bar to browse all of our online courses.
Once you have found a course to purchase, just add it to your basket and purchase the course. You will be able to login once you have purchased a course.
You can pay for your course with Debit card, Credit card, Paypal and by invoice.
The option to receive an invoice for your order will become available at the checkout, once your total basket quantity amounts to 5 or more courses. If you would like to pay by invoice for fewer than 5 courses, then please contact our Sales Team by calling 01344 830015 or email us at email@example.com.
We require payment within 30 days of the date of invoice. Please note that certificates will be accessible once the payment has been cleared.
Once you have successfully purchased a course, you will receive an email with your login details with instructions on how to proceed. Login and navigate to ‘My courses’ in the top bar at the top of the page. There you will find the course/s you have purchased. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam/junk folder.

We offer bulk discounts for any large order containing any combination of courses (5 or more). The discount is automatically applied to your purchase.
Additionally we offer the following:
- 10% discount for orders of 5+ courses
- 20% discount for orders of 30+ courses
- 30% discount for orders of 80+ courses
- 40% discount for orders of 400+ courses
Yes, we offer the option to pay by invoice if you purchase 5 courses or more. If you would like to purchase by invoice for less than 5 courses, then contact our team by calling 01344 830015 or by emailing us at email@example.com.
Yes we do, just select the PayPal option at the checkout.
If you have purchased a course and you want to change the name on the certificate, please contact our team on 01344 830015 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by navigating to ‘Login’ and click on ‘Lost your password’. Enter your email address and check your inbox. Click on the link and choose a new password. If you experience any trouble at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01344 830015 or send us an email to email@example.com.
Visit this page to enter your group code. You will then be prompted to register on our website. Once you have registered you will be able to access your course by navigating to the ‘My Courses’ page.
If you experience any issues when completing your course, we recommend clearing your cache. In most cases that will clear any issue.

You can change your account information by navigating to ‘My Courses’ in the menu bar and selecting ‘edit profile.’ You will then find various options to change your account information and reset your password.
